Welcome to TILL THE END, a company that embodies not just entrepreneurial success, but a profound personal journey from hardship to triumph. I am Martin Vulic, the founder and director, and this is my story.

My early life was marked by significant challenges. A turbulent family environment, financial hardship, and neglect defined my youth. At 15, I made a pivotal decision to leave home, embarking on an uncertain yet determined path to a better future.

This period was a testament to perseverance, from scrounging $3 to buy minimum chips at the local fish and chip shop to sleeping at the library during the day so I could stay awake at night when I had nowhere else to go.

Education and diligence became my cornerstones. Juggling TAFE studies and work at a fast-food restaurant, I relied on various friends and their families to get me through these difficult times. They allocated me a floor or couch to sleep on. I can now look back and laugh at some of these events, like traveling two hours via public transport to sleep on a blanket on the floor because it was Easter and no one else would take me in.

By 18, my life began to transform. I started a career in carpentry, symbolizing a new chapter of independence and a move away from my past as a “street kid” with uncertain nights. Renting my first room was a significant milestone, marking a new era of self-reliance.

My career in construction, specifically in the rail industry, paved the way to founding TILL THE END at 27. My company is more than a business; it’s a conduit for giving back and paying forward the support I once desperately needed.

At TILL THE END, we are deeply committed to social responsibility. A key part of our mission is supporting Breakaway Camps, a charity that was a lifeline for me during my challenging youth. We are proud to assist in their efforts to aid less fortunate children.

Our community engagement doesn’t stop at donations. We’re actively involved in enriching lives through promotional giveaways alongside hitting the streets giving out free merch, refreshment and other goodies in the community. These initiatives aim to bring joy and opportunity to those who may not have access to them otherwise.

My journey from a struggling youth to the director of TILL THE END is a narrative of resilience and overcoming adversity. It’s a story I share to inspire hope and possibility in others facing their own struggles.
